MISSION:

 

SW Developer designs, develops, documents tests and supports the software required by the projects.  He continually improves his technologies expertise.  He has a force for good on technologies, methods, tools and processes.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Understand project external specification and then make the detailed software module design accordingly. The ability to read and write technical documents in English, such as design specifications, testing specifications, and so on.

 

 

2.  Developing and unitary testing software modules of telephonic call process, call management, call settings with high quality. 

 

 

3.  The ability to debug and fixing C/C++ Language software bugs under UNIX/Linux platform.

 

 

4.  Know the software configuration management tool as ClearCase and could develop under it.

 

 

5.  Know the bug tracking tool as ClearDDTS/ClearQuest and fault report life cycle.

 

 

6.  Ensuring required quality level and lead time for his development.

 

 

Q UALIFICATIONS

 

1.  Bachelor degree or above on telecom, computer, or related.

 

 

2.  Basic knowledge about network and telecom protocols, such as TCP/IP, CMIS, SNMP, ISDN, SIP, H.323, QSIG...

 

 

3.  Basic knowledge about UML, MDA and MDD related modeling and developing.

 

 

4.  Familiar with database programming and management, such as embedded SQL, Microsoft SQL Server...

 

 

5.  Plentiful skills on software programming (C/C++) and debugging tools on UNIX/Linux platform are mandatory.

 

 

6.  Good knowledge on UNIX/Linux shell programming, especially for complex Makefile composition.

 

 

7.  Good knowledge on UNIX/Linux system programming, such as multi-thread, multi-process programming ...

 

 

8. Knowledge on software configuration management tool as ClearCase and bug tracking tool as ClearDDTS/ClearQuest is preferred.

 

 

9.  Knowledge on telecom, IPv6, SIP and VOIP is preferred.

 

 

10.  Knowledge on VC++/VC++.Net programming is preferred.

 

 

11.  Knowledge on Windows system programming, especially for Windows Vista is preferred.

 

 

12.  English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking (English as working language).

 

 

13. Good communication skills, be Initiative and innovative, can work independently and take responsibility, show good team spirit.

 

 

14.  People with rich working  experience  or f resh graduates  with high potential are both welcome (not recruit intern).
