GE Security is a leading manufacture of security products and solutions for worldwide security applications. Major products and services range from Residential Market, Commercial Market and World Wide Enterprise Solutions.
Program Summary
Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) OMLP is an ideal program for engineers with the energy and drive to deliver world-class manufacturing processes.
OMLP accelerates the development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the Operations function at GE.
• Intensive 2 years program with at least 3 rotational assignments
• Mentoring, teamwork, ongoing reviews and defined deliverables
• Experience the entire supply chain, state of-the-art manufacturing methods, and sourcing practices through structured course work and practical application.
Candidate Criteria
• Entry-level graduates or maximum 1 year related working experience
• Fluent Listening, Written & Oral Mandarin plus English capability
• Academic excellence, business acumen and demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
• Global mindset; able to operate across cultures
• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, mechanical, automation or a technical discipline
• Strong commitment to a career in Operations Management
