Title: Quality Engineer for Japanese Product (Project：Japanese Product)

Position Summary
We are searching for a strong Quality Engineer who will execute black box and automation testing of the Adobe LiveCycle line of server products.
Successful applicants will have 3 - 5 years experience in testing and deploying Linux and Windows-based server applications, including hands-on knowledge of standard app server technologies such as WebSphere and JBoss. In addition, knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server database set up and deployment is required.
Candidates should have proven strong organization skills and experience, and be comfortable working on multiple projects with remote test teams.

Specific responsibilities include
• Use internal bug tracking and test case management system
• Execute black box and automation testing
• Implement and update QE processes, test plans, test tools and test cases
• Set up Enterprise testing environment
• Collaborate with Engineering, QE teams at Japan, US, Canada and India

Required Knowledge and Skills
• 3+ years experience in enterprise software testing.
• Require BS degree in computer software, Information System or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills, Good English verbal and written communication skills, Work effectively with a global QE team in Japan, US, Canada and India.
• Experience with Java programming and scripting languages, preferably JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Internationalization and Localization Testing
• Knowledge of Japanese Language
• Strong knowledge of Linux (SuSe, RedHat) and Windows Advanced Server 2003.
• Knowledge of standard application servers, such as Websphere, JBoss, Weblogic.
• Knowledge of standard database servers, such as Oracle, DB2, MySQL, SQL Server.
• Resilient under pressure, high energy levels, positive attitude, Independent decision making and problem solving skills.

Desired and Preferred Knowledge and Skills
• Experience developing automated testing; white box testing framework.
• Experience & Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Designer, SAP enterprise product, MS Office.
• Japanese level : 3 or above



Title: Globalization Japanese Quality Engineer (Project：Globalization)

The Adobe Globalization QE team is looking for a salted Quality Engineer to join us for globalization and Localization testing in Japanese. We e looking for an experienced QE to ensure the integrity and quality of critical projects Japanese version. If you enjoy working with advanced technologies, aren intimidated by aggressive goals, and have a proven commitment to delivering great software, this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities
- Collaborative work with engineering teams at various sites, such as Japan, US and India;
- Work with engineers in defining test plans and validating both new and existing functionality especially in Japanese version;
- Support G11N QE Leads in globalization and localization functional testing activities;
- Develop and update G11N/L10N test cases especially Japanese special test cases and test data, test tools and QE process;
- Execute test cases for all areas of the product with meticulous attention to detail;
- Analyze results and write detailed reports that accurately isolate the problem;

Desired Technical Skills
- Japanese Level 2 or above;
- Possesses first-rate Quality Engineering skills;
- Solid knowledge of globalization and localization testing;
- Experience with programming in ActionScript or other scripting languages;
- Advanced knowledge of more than one core operating system;
- Experience in testing programming languages, compilers and APIs;
- Demonstrates ability to isolate bugs well;
- Accurately and independently escalates project risks;
- Knowledge in Korean is desired;

Desired Non-Technical Skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skill
- Ability to achieve results with little supervision or direction
- Flexibility to move between tasks
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Experience working with vendor is preferred

Educational and Technical Requirements
- Bachelors or above in Computer Science or related
- 5-7 Years technical experiences
