贝莱德公司(BlackRock)成立于1988年，1999年在纽约证券交易所上市，为全美最大的上市资产管理公司。2006年10月，美林集团的投资管理业务部——美林投资管理（Merrill Lynch Investment Managers）与BlackRock正式合并，新公司继续使用BlackRock的名称。合并后的BlackRock中文命名为贝莱德集团，成为全球最大的资产管理公司之一。2007年6月26日，贝莱德收购基金组合（Fund of Funds）管理人Quellos集团(Quellos Group, LLC)。截至2007年12月31日，贝莱德公司全球管理资产总值约1.4万亿美元。

实习生工作职责
* Supervised by a Vice President to prepare sales support materials including client presentations, market updates, etc.
* Work with the team to prepare a Beijing Representative Office newsletter in English for firm wide distribution. The newsletter covers the activities of Beijing Representative office, the major regulatory change in China, industry news in China and other major news relevant to BlackRock business in China.
* Assist in marketing activities such as organizing conferences, and Chinese clients servicing.

实习生要求
* Proficient in English and Chinese languages
* Basic working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Interested in a career in financial industry
* Willing to learn new things
* Be able to work for at least half a day, Monday to Friday, from mid-March
