Position

shift maintenance techcian

• To be responsible for the trouble shooting in the shift to ensure the smooth running of production line.

• To be responsible for the implementation of preventive maintenance

• To act as  the technical supporter and coacher for the production machine operator according to the TPM rules.

• To be responsible for the defective spare parts repair..

• To take part in the continuous improvement associated with maintenance.

• To be responsible for the maintenance part of new product and new production line introduction and validation.

• To support the work of others function. 、

• Spareparts usage recording, and implement the stock taking.

Level (diploma) required:

• College  or above on electricity, automation, and related engineering education background



Experience:

• At least 3 years  maintenance experience on in the field of electrical or automation industry

• Experienced  on the automation system, pneumatic system, and SMT, test engineering knowledge will be a plus



Technical skills required:

• Mechanical, Pneumatic parts and electrical knowledge

• Strong skill of problem analysis and trouble shooting.

• PLC and automation knowledge are plus.



Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:

• Team work spirit.

• Self starter



Languages:

• Basic English reading and communication..

• Main focus on Developing test programs for In-Circuit-Test and be involved in fixture design

• Analyze test results, statistical measurements, GR&R.

• Support in production for test related issues.

• Identify and run improvements projects within the area. Improvements such as quality and efficiency.

• Be involved or lead projects together with other engineers in oversea Autoliv.

• Develop test programs for electrical tests of electronic modules, programming in VB, Labwindows CVI and Teststand.

• Reporting performance to production/quality

 Functional test on board level

 Dynamic tests of electronic modules

 Final test
