Position: Researchers (5)
Researchers work very closely with the Associates on Pre-search/Business Development support and Execution of searches. The responsibilities of Researchers will focus on generating information to support generating revenue. The Researchers also serves as Quality Assurance and Check and Balance to ensure highest standard of services. Researchers will have high potential to become an Associate and be measured on number of assignments helped to complete and number of new clients helped to identify as well as Quality/Initiatives/Teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
Support the Associate to carry the pre-search analysis about the industry, market and the potential client’s competitor.
Must be well versed in sources of information (internet, library, trade organization, etc.)
Help the Associate to prepare presentation materials by using the best tools available i.e. slides, graphic designs, etc
Execution
Work very closely with the Associate to “map out” the candidate universe and develop the job control for every assignment.
Prepare candidate profile
Make sure the thoroughness and consistency in our candidate presentation.
Organize the assignment files
Organize the research library, and newspaper cutting
Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database.
Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency.
Assist the Associates to train and develop other research associate.
Assist the Associates in coordinating with clients and candidates to ensure effective communication
Requirement:
• University students who will graduate in 2007-2008
• Business related majors are preferred, but not limited
• Strong communication skills
• Good attitude to learn and persistence to grow with the firm
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
