Title: English Customer Service Representative
Full Time Salary: RMB $3000 or above (Basic Salary + Pension & Insurance)
Quantity:5 Gender:Any
Working Hour:8 hours per day, 6 days a week, need to work shifts
Our head office is located in Hong Kong, and our business is providing customer hotline services, handling enquiries and complaints from customers. Our Shenzhen branch office is located in Nanshan district. To meet our expansion, we invite eligible candidates to fulfill the vacancies of English Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities: 1. Handling daily telephone enquiries by customers from Hong Kong or foreign countries. 2. Those employees with good performance will be promoted to Customer Service Supervisor or management level. 3. We will provide comprehensive pre-work and on-job training, which includes our company background, kinds and features of our products and services, enquiry handling skill and interpersonal communication skills, preparing reports, and basic management skills.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in spoken Cantonese is required. 3. CET – 4 or above. Good command of spoken and written English, with a pass in the oral exam is preferable.
4. Skillful in MS Word & Excel
5. He/She should be enthusiastic, willing to learn and work independently.
