工作描述 ：
Field based KOL Management
- Contributes to mapping/ profiling of KOLs in line with segmentation (national, regional and local).
- Develop professional relationships, build advocacy and gain contributions of KOL/decision makers.
- Provide and discuss scientific information and data to healthcare professionals to ensure quality and accuracy of medical and scientific information on new treatment options including Novartis products and selected areas of therapeutic interest.
- Provide speaker training to healthcare professionals to support the best use of new therapies developed and commercialized by Novartis.
SciOps:
- Work with Scientific Operations / Medical Scientific Liaisons proactively to ensure market preparation pre- and post-launch.
- Collaborate with Novartis colleagues to actively support medical and scientific meetings by collecting and interpreting insights / presentations / results.
- May function as the medical product champion. Work as strategic partner with Local Marketing (PSM) for Novartis development project(s) and marketed product(s).
- Meet customers needs and expectations with regards to assigned Brand(s) for delivery of Novartis messages to key influencers (KOLs) as the brand champion interface for internal and external customers.
- Screen business opportunities.
- Collect, analyze and report insights that may impact Novartis development plans /trial designs.
- Evaluate the impact of competitive information to share internally and externally as post-meeting deliverables.
- Liaise and provide up-to-date medical support to relevant external groups to facilitate listing of products in medical guidelines, formularies.
- Serve as resource for projects and collaborate with internal colleagues.
- Collaborate with medical advisors and other cross-functional groups (i.e. business franchises, market access).
Clinical trials
- Contribute to the identification of appropriate clinical investigators and facilitates placement into Novartis sponsored clinical trials.
- Conduct or assist Phase IV investigator meeting
- Phase IV study follow-up and information up-to-date
- Support publication plan
Manage Medical Enquiries: Provide scientific medical information to physicians and internal customers with on time input to Miind system, or forward unsolicited medical inquires to Novartis MI.
Training
- Provide internal therapeutic area or product training to Novartis colleagues (i.e. sales reps ongoing and new hire training programs).
- Present at cycle meeting
- To speak at medical education program or investigator meeting
Local studies and publication: Follow up the implementation and timely publication of post marketing clinical activities including local profiling programs when applicable.
Safety: Responsible for local clinical trial oversight of adverse event reporting together with IMS as well as clinical input into adherence to GCP, and in line with ICH and local regulations.
Local/ regional activity review (ACC): Review and approve local promotional activities according to NP4 and local regulations.

Familiar with marketing principles and strategies.
Clinical bachelor degree or higher
2 yrs of clinical practice experience or master degree is minimum
Infectious background is preferred, it can be clinical,educational or pharma industry(as added value)
