Finance Elite is a professional services firm that specializes in finance executive search and advisory services. We recruit CFO, Finance Directors, Financial Controllers and Finance Managers for international and local clients. We also provide financial advisory and implementation services - IPO preparation, financing and internal control – to our clients. The firm is currently based in Beijing with plans to expand to Shanghai and Hong Kong.

The Partner/Founder of Finance Elite has over 20 years of financial management, consulting and executive search experience with the top multinational companies.




Executive Search - Research Associate, Beijing

Responsibilities:

You will assist the Partner/Director to manage executive search assignments including designing search plans, generating candidates by different research methodologies and conducting initial evaluation on candidates.

Requirements:
• Ideally a bachelor or master degree in English or Business related disciplines.
• A minimum of six years full time work experience in multinational companies - recruitment firm experience will be an advantage
• Confident, professional and mature
• Bilingual: English and Chinese.
• High energy level with affinity to detailed research work; able to communicate with executives and senior professionals e.g. CFO, Finance Directors or Controllers and gain rapport within a short period of time



Sales & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

You will assist the Partner/Director to develop sales plan, maintain sales target database, contact potential clients, schedule meetings, prepare sales/marketing brochure and initiate follow up actions. The Partner/Director will work closely with this person providing guidance and direction in the sales lead generation process.

Requirements:
• Ideally a bachelor or master degree in English or Business related disciplines.
• A minimum of six years full time work experience in multinational companies - recruitment firm or sales experience will be an advantage
• Driven, passionate and result oriented
• Bilingual: English and Chinese.
• High energy level with affinity to generate potential target list, execute sales/marketing initiatives (mailings, cold calls, marketing events), maintain client/target database…etc
• Work closely with the Partner/Director to make sales calls, generate sales leads and maintain ongoing relationship with clients or potential clients.
