Position: Junior Purchase manager
Start date: Immediately

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or business; bachelor degree in engineering, such as material engineering, etc. is preferred.
2. Two years work experience or less. Work experience must be in the following fields: (1) sourcing or (2) purchasing;
3. Just graduated people is acceptable, both male and female are allowed, and maximum age is 25 years.
4. Strong and fast learning capabilities, and problem solving skills.
5. Honest, hard working, and must have good communication, negotiation skills, and business ethics, be a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Highly motivated, efficient and result orientated;
7. Good English
8. Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

Main Responsibilities:
1.Identify, qualify and develop local suppliers;
2.Involved in the complete sourcing process; and resolve all problems encountered during and after the sourcing process effectively;
3.Deliver competitive quotations; ensure the project success both in economical and technical aspect;
4.Ensure suppliers’ on time deliver, and quality according to customers’ specifications.

5.要求诚实，勤奋，具备不错的沟通和谈判技巧；有商业道德，团队合作精神，有责任感；
6.自我要求严格，工作以结果为导向；
7.具备英语能力；
8.计算机操作熟练，包括Word, Excel, 和Powerpoint等。

4.确保供应商交货的准时并保证货物的质量符合客户的要求。
