客户是一家美国互联网数字媒体公司，总部位于美国西雅图。他们做的项目都是和西雅图总部那边一起做，还有出差到美国的机会，可以和美国的工程师一起同步开发和测试web应用程序，可以接触到很多前沿的技术，不论是对技术还是对语言和背景上，都是一个不小的提升。以下两个职位都是网站前端的职位，一个开发，一个测试，工作地点在北京朝阳门。

1，Software Development Engineer（关键词：J2ee, JSP, Javascript,MVC）
GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position will be involved in all phases of product development from creation of high level design documentation and functional specifications to assisting with test plans and the final QA cycle. Expert experience of developing web applications using JSP/Servlet, AJAX, CSS, HTML, Javascript, any web Model-View-Controller (MVC) framework (for instance Struts or Spring MVC or Spring Web Flow) and other web framework is essential. Experience developing Java-based applications and knowledge of Object-oriented design and programming, J2EE App tier components (JDBC, Servlets, JMS, JNDI, etc.), and Java/J2EE design patterns is highly desirable. Experience working with 24/7 applications, high volume systems is also highly desirable. Experience with Ecommerce systems is a plus.

Requirements::
• More than 4 years of related working experience.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high volume and high availability web applications under tight time constraints.
• Ability to turn business requirements into high quality technical software design and development.
• Expert level Knowledge of JSP/Servlet, HTML, Javascript, XML, CSS, any web Model-View-Controller (MVC) framework.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE platform and Java-based web service.
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies including code reviews and version control software such as CVS.
• Experience with software performance testing, tuning and load testing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with other team members (local and remote).

2，Software Test Engineer (关键词：Java, JSP, Javascript, QA)
GENERAL SUMMARY:
This STE must be able to translate product requirements and designs into effective test plans, scripts, and automation. This rôle will participate in the execution of test plans, scripts, and QA automation (black & white box) for full product test coverage to deliver the highest quality of multi-tier web applications. The candidate must enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment and possess the flexibility to work with onshore/offshore QA teams and collaborate closely with engineering teams.

Requirements:
• Hands on experience of web based, multi-tier enterprise software application QA engineering, analysis, and testing methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Proven success with regression, performance, concurrency, and scalability testing methodologies.
• Experience with Java used as a test scripting language for testing purposes. (i.e. JUnit, JTestcase etc).
• Working knowledge on a variety of platforms including Linux, Windows and Mac OSX.
• Working knowledge of internet/web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML, JSP, JavaScript, CSS and Java language fundamentals.
• Knowledge of build with ANT, Junit and sh scripting.
• Experience using/configuring Web Servers (i.e. Apache), Application Servers (i.e Red Hat JBoss).
• Basic network topology understanding (physical vs. logical network, router/switch/hub)
• Strong written English communication skills and acceptable verbal English skills.
