职位名称：Interviewer coordinator

职位数量：2

Job Responsibility: 

1.       Understand the recruiting process standard by Bleum.

2.       Can make sure how to arrange interview and find the resource internal quickly.

3.       Support recruiters daily work and follow the recruiting process

4.       Stat out all recruiting data daily to recruiter manager and can create some reports

5.       Deliver the totally result to recruiters and recruiting manager

 Requirements:

1.       Good oral English (English is the official language in office)

2.       Patient and flexible, keeping good communication with all levels managers internal

3.       Having the interests in recruiting and set up a strong desire to be a recruiter in future

4.       Can be work full time, 5 days per week

 refer:

1.       Major in Computer Science and good presentation skill candidates in grade 3 university students

2.       Soft communication way and be nice to deal with urgent cases

3.       Duty and service oriented.

4.       Can start work as soon as possible
