Your Profile:   

 

Education:

Currently pursing or holding a Master Degree in a Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, Business Administration, Economic, Financial Management or related business discipline.

 

Skills:

•     Passion for working with people, strong career interest in HR.

•     A solid self-starter and team player, with good communication skills both in Chinese and English.

•     Good at logical thinking, data analysis and presentation for influence clients.

•     PC literate, good learning capability with can-do attitude.

 

 

“Plus” Knowledge/Skills:

•     Knowledge about employee/labor relations, diversity, staffing, compensation, benefits, and/or training and development ,etc

•     Knowledge about HRIT system.

•     Proven track record of HR internship in big MNCs
