The Project Assistant will report directly to the Project Manager. It requires you to demonstrate a range of skills to produce a successful event
- Thorough desk and detailed telephone research to identify the potential market.
- Analytic skills to construct a creative and well-structured conference program
- Develop strategic relationships with leading associations, companies and consultants.
- Be able to collaborate with other department such as, Marketing & Sales, IT, Finance to accomplish the entire project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above; 1-2 years commercial conference companies' working experience is an advantage
- Demonstrated analytical research skills and a comprehensive knowledge of current affairs.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Must be persuasive, determined, hard working and able to work effectively in a team
- A superb communicator, confident on the telephone and with excellent written skills
- You will need to be bright, enthusiastic, confident and a fast learner with the ability to work under pressure and prepared to focus all efforts to meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
