职位一：Software Engineer_windows_C++ or C#
Job Overview
This position is responsible for creating and/or maintaining software applications for a product or family of products. Provides moderately complex modification, testing and debugging tasks. Provides analysis related to software design and development and solves problems. Evaluates impact of software performance, and recommends changes to software designers. This position works with minimal supervision and utilizes knowledge, experience and judgment to accomplish goals.

Preferred Education
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Work Experience
Typically 2 to 5 years in software development

Skill Requirements
Strong skill and rich experience on Windows programming with C/C++.
Rich experience in at least one database and applications, including SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint and Oracle.
Excellent Object Oriented Analysis/Design ability.
Good communication skills including writing and speaking in English

Plus
System Admin experience on database and applications mentioned above
Knowledge of .NET framework

职位二：Software Engineer - Automation
Job Overview
This position is responsible for developing Automation Framework Software application and for CA product or family of products. Provides moderately complex modification, testing and debugging tasks. Provides analysis related to software design and development and solves problems. Evaluates impact of software performance, and recommends changes to software designers. This position works with minimal supervision and utilizes knowledge, experience and judgment to accomplish goals.

Key Responsibilities：
Design software units/modules/products.
Code software units/modules/products.
Unit/module testing of software.
Develop and direct software testing plans for quality assurance.
Set up software configuration control environments.
Set up software development environments.
Software configuration control.
Participate in design and code reviews.
Assist Quality Assurance Team.
Set-up/maintain testing environments.
Develop and update automation scripts.
Perform test cases and maintain associated test records.
Record issues into a defect-tracking system.

Job Requirement :
BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years of commercial software development with Java..
Expert of web based application development with , experience in JSP/Struts/Database design is a plus.
Outstanding design/debugging/coding skills.
Problem solving skills and quality management.
Communicate effectively with world wide development teams in English;
can write good technical emails and documents in English.
Experience in software automation testing is a plus
Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure

Design programs or solutions.
