     前段时间参加中国风险投资论坛，期间结识了一个PE经理，交谈中得知他想招一个全职的员工，主要是从事VC/PE的分析，并作为他的助理。后来他将该职位的要求发给了我，现将其贴在了论坛上，有希望从VC/PE开始职业生涯的同学可以将简历投给他，具体见下所述。

Job Description
-           Zhuhai or Guangzhou Based
-           Boutique Private Equity Firm aiming alternative investments especially in pro-ipo
 
 
Job Description -Responsibility:
-           Contribute to idea generation on investing;  
-           Conduct fundamental research on companies and sectors, ;
-           Build financial modeling and investment analysis to evaluate impact of investment;
-           Assist in the sourcing and execution of principal investment transactions across various industries and sectors; and
-           Work with management to develop and implement strategies to improve profit performance and build sustainable corporate value.
 
 
The Successful Applicant Requirements:
-           Top tier academic background is preferred;
-           Languages skills (English, Mandarin and Cantonese); presentable and presentation skills; male preferred;
-          Passionate and Energetic, established leadership, EQ and willpower and people skills;
-           Well rounded and unique experiences within the financial industry highly valued; and
-           Good investing mindset, ability to think independently, source ideas and perform detailed valuation analysis.
