Job Description:
1.Hardware and software procurement;
2.Workstation installation, upgrading and imaging.
3.Network troubleshooting and maintenance
4.Users and remote office support
5.Work with Asia Pacific and Global IT for projects
6.Printer installation and maintenance
7.Work with IT security team to keep virus-free
8.SAP support
Requirements:
1.Major in computer science and technology is preferred
2.Have hardware knowledge and experience, include HP server, HP/Dell workstation, Cisco Switch/Router, etc.
3.Have software knowledge and experience include, Windows XP 32bit/64bit, Windows server 2003, Office 2007, SAP business ONE, SQL2000 etc.
4.Maintain strict confidentiality concerning aspects of employees and company information;
5.Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner;
6.Strong self motivation;
7.Detail oriented with good organization and communication skills;
8.Eager and quick to learn.
9.Good English
10.ITIL and related IT standards.
11.MCSE and CCNA preferred.
