职位描述:
Channel Marketing ( one intern)
Develop JTG "Be there" incentive program: One person to organize with Vivien the event motivation program that will happen in October 2008 in Beijing ... It's a project where the person will learn how to develop and coordinate a whole event with us.
Work with agency for premium/toolkit/leaflet development,
Work with supplier for contract bidding and quotation
RGM, Shopper Marekting & Merchandising (one intern)
Acquire/Develop the planning, organizing skills, monitoring skills. Assist in managing projects and see how each tasks are fit with the overall picture and how those actions will drive commercial outcome
RGM - assist in compiling and updating OBPPC information with focus on packs performance & innovation trends; prepare and analyze research results with team. Assist in preparing case studies; will be exposed to many world wide best practice.
SM2 - assist SM2 manager in following up with Division Research Team and Region on SM2 research projects. (brief alignment, top line design and analysis, final report alignment/analysis/implications, workshop preparation)
Channel Execution (one intern)
Design Machine ( an internal on-line network to provide marketing graphic solutions and channel Picture of Success guidelines across system to ensure efficient marketing material development / communication and consistent execution in market )
Understand the content / functionalities / processes of existing Design Machine from global team
Understand the specific needs / expectations / constraints to Design Machine from system in China based on the discussion with division marketing / channel / regions / IT etc.
Assist to line manager on transformation plan development to move Design Machine from global to China considering both business needs and technical requirements with clear role sort, timeline and budget estimation.
Coordinate and conduct pilot with one national campaign and 08 channel PoS to test the feasibility of transformation.
Complete pilot review with constructive learning / suggestions to further roll out of Design Machine.
Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge on brand marketing and trade marketing
2. Good planning and communication skills
3. Family usage on office software e.g. word, excel and PPT etc.
4. Fluent Mandarin / English in oral and writing
5. Project management experience is preferred
6. Major in Statistics/Engineering/Marketing/Finance is preferred.
