================Who we are=================

We, the IBM TDS(Technology Development & Services) Chip Design

(China) team are the IBM local IC design center in China of

IBM STG MD(Microelectronic Division), which provide IC design

services to the clients all over the world and support IBM

internal chip and semiconductor development missions.



-- We, the IBM TDS(Technology Development & Services) team,

has been in China for more than 3 years.

-- We have invited most of the top designers from the graduates

to join IBM in these 3 years -- that makes us so successful

a design center.

-- We will keep doing this and we are waiting for you right

here to be part of our SAGA.



=============What we do=====================

We provided IC design services to the clients all over the

world and support IBM internal chip and semiconductor development

missions:



-- We help our clients to design PowerPC based SoC design.

-- We provided backend design services (Timing, PD, package,

etc -- ASIC design services in IBMs glossary :) )

-- We provided frontend design services(logic design,

verification, FPGA demo, etc.)

-- We also do analog design, circuit design, foundry AE, etc.



In one word:



We are not just doing "peice of these" but really we are

doing "ALL of these". We provide so called "end to end" SoC,

ASIC and other semiconductor solutions to our customers in

China and worldwide.



=============What position we have==========

1. Position: RF/Analogue Test Development Engineer



Descriptions:

       Develop cutting edge RF or analogue product test

       solutions for IBM internal or external customers.

       Board level RF and/or analogue hardware design

       including schematic design, PCB layout and hardware

       debug. Customer support including review and debug

       of customer design, help customer develop their

       test strategies.



Requirements:   

MSEE/PhD with RF/Analogue design or with relevant project

experience

Fresh graduate or early professional with less than 18 month

working experience

Solid theoretical knowledge on RF and/or Analogue systems

is required

Understanding RF/Analogue board level design principles/flow

is required

Strong capability to analyze RF/Analogue circuit performance

is required



Proficiency in using popular hardware design EDA tools such

as Cadence Allegro, Agilent ADS and/or HFSS etc. is strongly

desired

Practical experiences on RF and/or Analogue board level design

is strongly desired

Previous experiences on hardware debug is a plus

Knowledge and hands-on experiences on RF/Analogue test

instruments is a plus

Experience on linux C programming is a plus



Proactive and a quick learner

Good command in English

A team player with good communication skills

Willing to work overseas (mainly in US) for up to a few months
