Position ∶Quality Engineer (质量工程师)
Job Description:
1.Be actively involved in the NPI as a project team member representing the Quality function.
2.To coordinate other departments to solve the quality problem on the production line.
3.To take action to avoid repeatability of problem. Be actively involved in PFMEA (enhance error proofing.)
4.Responsible to define products inspection work instruction & product audit work instruction.
5.To communicate and follow up (8D) with CQS according to need.
6.Support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement.
7.Lead Rohs project implement by work with sourcing and globe team.
8.Provide the training on product and quality technology to QC inspector. so that they can get aware the functions of products.
9.Lead a technician and QC inspector team.
10.Fulfill other business required by Manager.
Other Requirement:
1.University degree or above, engineering background, EE is preferred.
2. Entry-level graduates
3.Good statistic knowledge as well as APQP, PPAP, FMEA,8D
4.External audit experience is preferred, such as UL, CCC.
5.Team spirit.
6.Good PC skills.
