Qualification
Degree in economics or/and (automotive) engineering from top tier university
Up to 2 to 3 years of Industrial Experience or Consulting Experience
University graduates with relevant internships are also welcome
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
Job Profile

SENIOR CONSULTANT and CONSULTANT
As a Senior Consultant or Consultant with RSC, you will be involved in projects encompassing: Business Strategy, Market Strategy, Product & Technology Strategy and Operation Improvement. You can expect to be involved in every phase of a consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through final implementation. You will be working with Senior Executives from some of the most successful companies in our industry.
You will be adept in analytical skills, self-directed, possess strong group facilitation skills, be an excellent communicator and thrive on challenge. You will be team-oriented and automotive-savvy. As you will be part of an international team, willingness to travel within China and internationally is a prerequisite.
