The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager of ERM China on daily operation and management
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
With foundamental human resources management knowledge in a service industry;
Familiar with office administration, staff relationship management;
Willing to provide service is essential ;
Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Preferred Candidate should have some relevant HR management knowledge and familiar with legal requirement for employment both for local staff and for expatriates.

ERM in China was the first privately operated and managed joint venture corporation providing integrated environmental, health, safety and social (EHSS) consulting services. Main Responsibilities:
Assisting HR Manager on job posting, screening resume, interview organisation and coordination, initial interview, HR information management, new employee employment with assistance from Shanghai EFESCO, new employee orientation coordination, provide on-call HR service and other HR related service when necessary
