Job description
Execute planning actions to support service supply chain products throughout their lifecycle
Owns the Parts Availability and Inventory level performance KPI
Create robust forward looking materials plan which encompasses historical demand, new product demand signal and exceptional demand signal for purchase execution
Manage the fine balance between new parts and repaired parts supply picture in the forecast plan to minimize materials cost and inventory
Responsible to achieve a balance performance on parts availability, inventory level and cost
Extreme focus to maintain the required parts availability performance on daily basis, executing quick action to ensure quick recovery
Manage recovery actions expectation with customers
Manage parts rolls and quality issues with cross functional team to minimize impact to parts availability and inventory level
Work with cross functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities
Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activities.
Candidate qualifications
Education: Bachelor in Logistics/Business Administration/Operations/Engineering/Supply Chain Mgmt /Statistic/Computer Science
Good English skills in speaking, listening and writing, CET-6
Able to deliver operational results and ability to follow-up issues till closure
Strong communication skill with in all regions inclusive of USA, Europe and Asia
Excellent affinity for numbers and data analysis
Good computer skills on MS Office applications, especially on excel skill
职位2:Buyer
Job description
Using the materials plan from planners as input, execute the relevant purchase plan with the relevant suppliers
Co-own the Parts Availability and Inventory performance KPI with the Planners
Ensure all Purchase Orders are executed at timely manner with appropriate acknowledgement responses from suppliers
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure all shipment schedule will come in time to meet the materials plan.
Execute shipment pull-in and push-out for demand surge and demand decline situation
Monitor that all shipments are received into stock in timely manner
Resolve Problem receipts within the shortest possible time
Resolve invoice and payment issues with suppliers in shortest possible time
Produce supplier performance report such as past due, unacceptable ship dates...etc for corrective actions and management reviews
Monitor all shortage parts with extreme focus with quick actions to ensure fast recovery
Extreme focus to maintain the required parts availability performance on daily basis
Provide Expected Parts Availability date information to customers
Drive suppliers to their required turnaround time performance level
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor in Logistics/Business administration/Operations/Engineering/Supply Chain Mgmt
Good English skills in speaking, listening and writing, CET-6
Able to deliver operational results and ability to follow-up issues till closure
Strong communication skill with people from internal and external folks from America, Europe, and APJ
Good negotiation skills

职位3:Reporting Analyst
Job description
Generation of operational analysis reports to reflect service activities, cost and comparison trends, in support of Cost Reduction efforts in HP Services
Ensure that the required reports are generated on time and distributed to the appropriate audiences
Provide such reports, cut by Region, Hardware Product Lines, and Timeframe…etc
Ensure that the data quality used for the reporting is correct
Constantly improve the speed and quality of the report availability
Assist in migrating raw data source from multiple sources into one single global database to improve the speed, flexibility, depth and quality of the reporting.
Provide ad-hoc reporting request
Candidate qualifications
Bachelor in Operations/Engineering/Statistics
Possess intimate skills in database queries, pivot tables and general reporting analysis work, knowledge of visual basic, SQL or other programming language at intermediate level would be advantageous.
Good English skills in speaking, listening and writing, CET-6
Good data base knowledge, understands the data elements of each system and how they interact with each other, understands the structure of a data base, has the ability to look at the data and assess top level off target or potential points of issue based on the comparable data queries
Good with numbers, analytical, meticulous, creative, patience, enjoys data assessment and doesn’t have issues with rerunning reports and validating all the time
Able to work hard to meet commitments
