Brief description of responsibilities

?         Recommend turbocharger matching specifications to CTT departments (e.g. Applications, Sales Aftermarket) for advanced project, pre-charter or PPT projects within Cummins or other OEM customers. This requires a good understanding of all aspects of the technical requirements for air systems for advanced low emission engines.向公司内其他部门（如应用/销售/售后）就客户的研发项目推荐增压器匹配解决方案， 要求对先进低排放发动机的空气系统的各方面有很好的理解。

?         Liaise directly with customer’s engineering departments regarding necessary data to establish the turbocharger match. Advise customers of difficulties in achieving their desired performance. Liaise within CTT regarding customer’s requirements, particularly with other departments having wider customer responsibilities. Take part in any cross functional reviews as required. 直接与客户的技术部门保持沟通，获取必要的数据，建立增压器的良好匹配。就如何达到客户的性能目标及其难度提供建议。在CTT内部就客户的要求进行沟通，尤其是那些直接负责客户的部门。必要的话参加跨部门评审。

?         Arrange for performance samples of turbochargers to be built and sent to customers for early evaluation of engine characteristics. 安排增压器性能样机的组装并发给客户以供发动机开发的早期评估。

?         Provide compressor and turbine requirements data within CTT particularly for Aero group, to guide development of new designs 向CTT内部其他部门尤其是空气动力学小组提供压气机/涡轮性能要求，以指导新设计的开发。

?         Carry out matching calculations using Minimatch or Transeng engine simulation programs. Develop models for new systems. 用MINIMATCH或TRANSENG进行模拟匹配计算。开发新系统。

?         Provide the engineering project leadership on specified PPT projects to ensure targets and timescales are met. Be responsible for setting the targets and planning the projects and communicating the actions required of others in the project. Be responsible for analysis of test data and writing technical reports. Provide guidance to engineers/technicians involved in the projects. 作为特定先进技术项目的技术领导人，确保达到目标和时间要求。负责制定目标、项目计划，并就行动与项目小组成员进行沟通。负责分析试验数据并编制技术报告。向项目中的工程技术人员提供指导。

?         Provide a source of technical information on all aspects of engine design and air systems (particularly emissions related) for maintenance of the Engine Air Systems database and for dissemination to turbo groups within CTT or with our customers. ?         Maintain and develop links with research organizations and universities. Be aware of technical capabilities of these organizations. Special knowledge skill and ability requirement:

?         Turbocharger product knowledge; Knowledge of emissions legislation and emission reduction technology; Knowledge of engine system fundamentals and familiarity with engine performance characteristics and test data; Fundamental thermodynamics; Turbocharger matching Engine system knowledge. 增压器方面的知识；了解排放法规和降排放技术；了解发动机系统的基础知识、发动机性能特性和试验数据；基本的热力学知识；增压器和发动机的匹配知识。

Education experience:

?         Above Bachelor degree in engine or turbine. Minimum 5 years working experience on engine/turbine industry. We are also welcome the talent boasting Master Degree with two-year related experience or PhD with project experience内燃机专业本科学历以上， 5年以上内燃机/涡轮增压行业工作经验；我们同样欢迎拥有两年以上相关工作经验的硕士或者拥有项目经验的博士加入。
