Process Development       2

Opening 1:

Responsibilities:

1. Based on conception and ideas given by the supervisor, the intern should search technical literatures in the relevant fields and subjects and work out a literature summary.

2. Understand the process development background in connection with the beverage production.

3. Together supervisor design experiments for testing process feasibilities as well as investigating the influence parameters.

4. Conduct experiments with proper documentation.

5. Analyze the experimental results and draw out conclusions. Finish the report.

 

Opening 2:

Responsibilities:

1. Support to deliver key projects and provide technical assistance to project engineer on operation and pilot plant trial;

2. Daily operation on certain project according to related project engineer plan;

3. Documentation preparation after stage work done such as trial report/ presentation/ raw data/ flow chart description etc.

Requirements

1. University student in the Mechanic, Equipment, Chemical Engineering Instrumentation, Food, Beverage, bachelor degree is the least requirement

2. Basic technical skills in process development

3. Self-motivated, deliver results, and have ability to effectively motivate a team

4. Able to build good working relationships with colleagues from other functions such as Marketing, Manufacturing, and R&D counterparts around the world.

5. Good command of English

Packaging Developmen             1

Job Summary:

The intern in packaging development function in R&D will be participating in real packaging development project, which supports the fast growing beverage business in China and Pacific Region.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct competitive technical survey to understand the competitive environment on beverage packaging field.

2. Conduct literature (patents, technical information etc.) review to research the technical advancements in specific area in the packaging industry and seek for the opportunities to apply them to beverage packaging.

3. Design & prototype the packaging based on the consumer insight, technical feasibility and cost for a specific business program.

4. Develop packaging designs and test them per specified technical requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor, Master, Doctor candidates major in material science or mechanical engineering and who will graduate in 2009.

2. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (verbal and written).

3. Self motivated, and strong self learning skills.

4. Collaborative and a good team player.

R&D Lab Intern                            1

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of samples and sampling plan for ingredients, intermediate or finished product , by using equipment of the pilot plant and product development lab, such as balances, pumps, fillers, capers or any other equipment needed for this activity.

2. Perform routine analysis, record data from analyses or experiments.

3. Manage documentation and records in order to ensure that they are complete, current, secure and easily retrievable.

4. Maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation (e.g., troubleshooting, conducting preventative maintenance, calibrating and repairing).

5. Record results and observations in notebook. Maintain files and records, and analyze data and produce reports to assist in analysis and decision making.

6. Develop or validate laboratory test methods or equipment (sampling, monitoring, analytical procedures) in order to ensure reliability and accuracy of analytical results. This may include performing capability studies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor candidates major Food Science or related major and who will graduate in 2009.

2. Basic knowledge of food and water microbiology used to make judgments about the safety of ingredients, beverages, manufacturing techniques, packaging and storage conditions.

3. Knowledge of basic nutrition concepts and definitions involved in basic nutritional labeling.

4. General understanding of all aspects of physical chemistry that are relevant to Company products.

5. Good communication skills in Chinese and English.(verbal and written).
