工作职责：
1、负责客户的所有委托，并将客户的委托及时与其他部门沟通、协调。
2、将其他部门的业务信息及时整理，并将信息及时反馈给客户。
3、对客户的重要委托及时处理，并知会上级主管。
4、由于客户服务是公司对外服务的窗口，要对自己有严格的要求，发送给客户的文件必须专业、清楚，相关主要节点必须以E-MAIL的形式通知客户及相关操作部门。
5、客户服务主导相关客户的业务，所以对客户委托的业务要全程跟踪、及时反馈，对有疑问的环节必须及时告知上级领导，及时解决客户的要求。
6、对重要的长期委托业务的客户，客户服务人员要整理相关的业务报告并制作SOP，对每次非常规的业务委托必须通知上级领导，做到业务流底。
7、及时更新、整理公司的相关管理文件及系统，及时登记业务大表，并输入相关系统。
8、对客户的业务必须有全面而正确的认识，积极与客户沟通，让客户满意。
9、积极学习有关的知识，如关务、国际贸易，为客户提供更好的服务。
10、客户服务的宗旨：客户满意并保证公司的利益。
要求：
1、物流相关专业本科学历
2、英文流利，CET-4
3、熟悉保税区、出口加工区相关工作流程
4、处事灵活，思路清淅，应变能力强。
5、工作地点：浦东外高桥保税区、张江唐镇
