职位描述：
1、协助经理，工程师协调各项行政工作等；
2、负责员工档案，时间表及休假记录的管理；
3、协助筛选简历；
4、负责安排面试时间。

要求：
1、工作认真负责，稳重成熟；
2、高中毕业及拥有2-3年的经验或应届大专毕业生亦可；
3, 熟悉或拥有中国劳动和社会保障知识
4、能听说写简单英语；
5、熟悉MS Office等办公软件；
6、兼职亦可

工作地点：上海市浦东区

Job Descriptions:

Handle office admin functions
Handle incoming and outgoing mails
Arrange and schedule interview for candidates
Assist in the short listing of candidates
Maintain and update of leave records
Assist in compiling, checking, verifying monthly timesheet for payroll purpose
Provide support to managers/ engineers in other areas as and when required
Those who prefer to work part-time are welcomed


Job Requirements:

Matured and pleasant personalities
Able to work independently
Knowledge of China Labor Law
High school educated with 2-3 years relevant working experiences
Fresh graduates in Diploma are welcomed
Computer literacy in Words, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to read and write simple English
?Able to start work immediately

Work Location: Qingpu, Shanghai
