Job Description: *Translate company’s product descriptions into Italian. *Post company’s products to our website and e-commerce platform on daily basis. *Reply customers’ emails. Use email and MSN to response customers’ inquiry. *Negotiate with customers to secure orders. Carry out all the necessary sales works. *Follow up customers’ order. Have responsibility to make customers feel satisfaction in each transaction. *Analyze your market and competitors’ information, adjust company’s marketing and pricing strategy. Develop new products based on market research. Job Requirements: *High Italian standard in reading and writing. Good English skill, CET-4 or above required *Internet savvy. Most of our businesses are conducted through Internet. *Can work at fast pace work environment, you could have to reply over 100 emails every day. *Honest person and team player. Preferable Skills: * Any experience in customer service or sales. * Graph handling skills, mainly Photoshop. * HTML skills, know how to make web pages.
