Title:   Cashier

Responsibilities：

Check staff T&E and transportation allowance and expatriate living expenses; 
Responsible for the entire process voucher, making vendor payments, employee expenses claim and banking related activities; 
Doing monthly bank reconciliation report and update cash flow status on weekly basis 
Assist in month-end closing process 
Maintains Fixed Assets ledger including depreciation, disposals and retirements; 
Ad hoc jobs assigned by company. 
Qualification: 

1.College degree or above; 
2.At least 1-2 years relevant experience in a foreign investment company, fresh graduates is not preferred; 
3.Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must; 
4.Helpful, friendly, patient, easygoing and good communication skill; 
5.Willing to join our fast-paced company; 
6.Diligent, high sense of responsibility, quick responsive & cooperative and detailed oriented 
7.Good knowledge of office Software (esp. word, excel, ppt, etc.).
