Responsibilities:
- Promote conferences / events mainly through phone communication. Share high-level events to the decision makers mostly in Fortune 500s companies or industry leading companies.
- Work closely with the project team to understand the soul information of each project, so as to analyze and evaluate delegates through independent research.
- Work independently to experience multi-functional sales cycle from pre-sales research, leads generation, delegate qualification to event consultant service, price negotiation and after-sales follow up.
- Put company/team/group goals ahead of personal agenda. Understands the dynamics of a team and can operate effectively in a variety of team roles, i.e., leader, facilitator, or participant.
Requirements:
- Good command of English, proficiency in both written & spoken English.
- College degree or above, fresh graduates are also welcomed.
- Excellent communication skill, be able to communicate to senior management in both multinational and local companies
- With a positive attitude, who want to develop a long-term SALES career.
- Must be a quick learner, persuasive, determined, and hard working and is willing to work under pressure
