飞利浦电子是世界上最大的电子公司之一，在欧洲名列榜首。为配合在中国地区业
务发展的需要，现诚聘：

1 Corporate Communication Intern （集团传讯部实习生）

Responsibility:

1. -Provide administrative support to , assisting them to achieve their
goals and objectives

2. Planning meetings and scheduling calendars and travel bookings plus e
xpense reporting as well general office management.

3. Assets purchase, office supply orders, overall office maintenance

4. Assisting logistics for visitors and customers

5. Responding to inquiries as appropriate and assisting other special pr
ojects as needed.

6. Assisting with the preparation of materials for internal and external
presentations.

7. Coordinating activities between departments and outside parties

8. Planning and coordinating of events.

9. Contact Newspaper, TV and other media for corporate communication.

Requirements；

实习时间：08年3月到08年10月底， 至少保证每周四天全职工作

大三，大四在读或者研二，研三者优先

Good Communication Skill.

Good Oral English and written English Skill.

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Can work hard under pressure
