Profession:
Security Administrator resides in Security & Risk Management and part of the Information Technology Specialist profession within the Integrated Technology Delivery.
Position Summary
Security Administrator has the responsibility to support customer to resolve any incident or request from customer.
Responsibilities
Service
• Administers the customer's application or tools via Citrix (remote access)
o Accepts the ownership and responsibility for the accurate and timely execution of tasks assigned.
o Use Citrix to change system configuration under end-user's request
o Handle basic incidents and do properly escalation
Customer Focus
• The Security Administrator is responsible for phone contact or meeting with customer. All contractual obligations are met and the Security Administrator aims to add ‘value' to the customer.
Audit Compliance/Security
• Adheres to both IBM and customers security policies and procedures
• Completes audit tasks as per the task documentation to maintain audit readiness
Skills
Skills Description
Mandatory Basic Platform skill - Mainframe/Windows
Good written and verbal communication skills
Personal Computer user skills
Preferred Security compliance and awareness 6-12 months
IBM business infrastructure knowledge
Experience in or preference for career in IT
