1. Position Name: Technical Support Engineer

2. Supporting Language: Chinese

3. Project Period: whole Aug. (1 month)

4. Preferred Interview Time: May – June

7. Service Type: On site to customer location

8. JD-Responsibilities:Provide Technical Support in Chinese to the customer during Olympics period (whole Aug.)
All support engineers are male and location is in the below list
Service Type is onsite the customer location when getting call request
Provide 7*24 stand-by availability during the whole Aug, and guarantee 1 hour onsite if emergency to perform installation for assigned customers to make sure the customers system running correctly with the latest patch / virus definition. Moreover, we will cooperate with back-end engineer to analyze and identify the source of problems and expedite solution when encountering some serious problems at customer site

9. JD-Requirements: Basic Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Basic System troubleshooting skills
0 – 1 years of windows installation / troubleshooting experience;
BS degree in computer science or related field preferred;
Good communication skills is a must;
Good team player is a must.
