POSITION OBJECTIVE              

-   Research Project Implementation / Management

-   Research Quality Control

-   BD / Marketing Support:

-   Client Relation Maintenance



ESSENTIAL SKILLS/AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

-  Good understanding of vertical industry, especially for FSI (Banking,Securities or Insurance), including industry market trend, FSIcompetitive environment and demand side.

-   Good research skills, including data process, forecast and modelling; experienced in applying professional research



models

-   Strong in consulting, have ability to raise value-added and actionable recommendations to the clients

-   Effective in both verbal and writing when presenting / packaging research deliverables to the clients and public

-   Experience in project / resource management  and quality control





CHARACTERISTICS & TRAITS:

-   Good personality both  exterior and interior environments

-   Easy going / good sense of team work; proactive in achieving company / team goals



KEY CHALLENGES:

-   List the main challenges expected in the position (don’t  underplay difficult aspects of the role)

-   In-depth understanding for vertical industry and competitive environment in FSI market,

-   Development of high value-adding consulting level services for the client

-   BD support: Client base expansion
