职位：项目助理(全职岗位，一年工作经验，吃苦耐劳且英语佳者优先考虑，应届毕业生可考虑，)
Major Responsibilities:
1. Project daily affairs coordination and management;
2. Document management
3. Assist in project communication
4. Maintains office filing system by ensuring that all office files are kept up to date and in order.
5. Photocopies & distributes all documentation and correspondence.
6. Faxes and couriers or mails letters to customers..
7. Provides courteous customer interface by answering phones and greets customers and other visitors..
8. Maintains databases for tracking of documents.
9. Works closely with and assists Project Management Team
Job Requirement:
1. Education background: College degree or above.
2. Major in: English, foreign trade, Office Administration or related field.
3. Working experience: more than 1 year.
4. Computer skill: MS Office,( Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
5. Language ability: English CET6. Good English speaking skills.
6. Ability to do multiple tasks, excellent office skills,.
7. Good oral, written communication skills and excellent organizational skills..
8. Familiar with general office duties.
9. Ability to work independently
