Senior/ Research Engineer


MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Research on advanced L2/L3 technologies in B3G radio systems e.g. LTE, IMT-Advanced
– Create patents, write technical reports and make contributions to standardization meetings
– Cooperate with internal or external researchers in worldwide sites
– Participation to standardization meetings or other meetings may also be part of the work

REQUIREMENTS:
– Master or Ph D. degree from well known universities, majored in telecommunication, computer software or electronic engineering
– Previous work experience on radio technology research or standardization is prefered
– Fundermental understanding on L1/L2 techniques in radio systems
– Good understanding on various wirelss communication standards
– Experience on design and programming of link or system simulation tools (Matlab, C/C++ ect. based)
– Fluent reading and wrting English
– Good team working spirit and cooperative well in multi-site environment
– Strong innovation ability and self-driven motivation
