HR intern (Part time)

Responsibility：

1. Responsible for new employee on boarding package preparation;

2. Responsible for instructing new employee to fill out relevant enrollment forms, to sign labor contracts, making employee personal file, sending new employee welcome letter etc.

3. Responsible for business insurance for Beijing Branch employees;

4. Responsible for keeping attendance record，updating record and personal files;

5. Responsible for expatriate working visa;

6. CV screening, interviews inform;

7. Other supporting issues as HR manager assigned;

Requirement：
1. Undergraduates or second year in master study is preferred;
2. Good communication skills;

3. Willing to bear pressure and service employees;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, detail focusing;

5. Positive working attitude;

6. Good team cooperation and self-motivated orientation;  

7. Good English, both writing and speaking;

8. Can work at least 3 days a week.
