senior bus system analyst for Honeywell

This role will be responsible for providing the leadership and skills to set direction, implement and optimize use of Research and Development (R&D) applications and improve business processes for assigned business units and sites within Honeywell Specialty Materials business. responsibilities include:

Serve as a key liaison between assigned sites, super users, functional experts, and the business IT leaders to identify and implement business process improvement and optimization projects in the research and development area.

Lead the planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance stages for R&D systems. This role will be focused on New Product Development and Knowledge Management Systems.

Define requirements, verify conformance to global design standard, develop plans and schedules and project cost management, risk management and resource management.

Responsible for the end-to-end execution of project oriented work efforts and for meeting customer expectations for contracted time, cost and specifications.

Ensure SM IT project and program management processes are followed in deploying projects.

Ensure customer satisfaction and support achievement of business objectives.

Reports functionally to the IT Manager, R&D Applications for Specialty Materials IT with dotted line reporting to IT Director, Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

5 years IT experience working with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

5 years of experience with implementing and configuring ERP related systems to customer requirements

Experience with SAP xAPPs or other portfolio management applications

Six Sigma Green Belt or DFSS certification preferred; Black belt training a plus

PMP certification preferred
