Roles:

Key contributor to complete customer projects together with TSAD engineer under guidance from TSAD manager.
Key driver to complete appropriate lab administrative tasks being assigned by TSAD manager.

Responsibilities:

Perform lab bench work to generate required technical data and write up technical report to summarize the experiment.
Manage lab equipment and run calibration regularly to maintain their normal working conditions. Participate in the annual CAPEX review process.
Run required QC tests for China to verify complaints and report to the region/US.

Good communication skills (listening and providing clear feedback)
Good interpersonal skills (easy to work with others)
Strong intention to maintain a stable working environment
Able to manage conflict and prioritize on hand job independently

Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

Appropriate lab bench skills.
Appropriate computer skills - MS office software. Others will be a plus.

Language Skill:

Fluent in Mandarin.
Appropriate skills in written English. Skills in oral English will be a plus.
