Responsibilities
主要职责

- Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
接待访客
- Operate switchboard, answers incoming calls and take messages
总机接听，传接，做好留言记录
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
分发收到的信件，签收快递
- Prepare outgoing mail and parcels and maintain postage records
负责公司需要邮寄的信件和包裹，记录相关邮资
- Order and maintain company stationary and other misc items
公司其他日常事务的管理执行和维护工作
- Booking air ticket and hotel for travelers
为公司出差人员订购飞机票和酒店
- Perform minor typing and routine administrative work as assigned
少量的打字工作和日常分配的行政工作

Qualifications
任职资格
-Above College graduated
大专以上学历
-One year relevant working experience, undergraduates working as trainee are also welcome
一年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业上也可
-Elegant manner, service orientated
举止端庄，有服务意识
-Good command of English and computer
良好的英文口语和计算机能力
-Attention to detail and hard working
认真细心，工作勤奋
