本人现为这里的实习生，实习期将要结束，因此要找一个合适的人选来接替我的工作。
Requirements for Interns:
• Working time: Over 4 days per week and lasting for at least 3 months;
• Skill requirements:
Good English skills in both writing and speaking are preferred, considering the international working environment in Siemens.
Excellent knowledge of Excel is also required in order to help in the employee opinion project.
• Education: female graduate students will be preferred.
