Primar Responsibility
- Directly contact drivers to assign their duties and supervise their performance
- Reserve cars from appointed vendors when necessary
- Accurately record car reservation and assignment information into database and update timely should there be any changes
- Coordinate and solve unexpected situation during car ordering and service process
- Provide support in car billing, driver evaluation and service complaint handling etc.
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Responsibilities may change over time based on business requirements.
Expected Credentials
- Fresh graduate acceptable
- College or Associate educational background
- Full time employee, minimum four and half days per week
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Relevant working experience in multinational corporations is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Lotus Notes
- Detail oriented, patient, proactive, diligent, conscientious and independent
- At least work for one year
