Qualification / Experience Required:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 5 – 7 years HR experience in these specialised portfolios, experience in a multi-cultural MNC environment is a PLUS
3. Familiar with the various recruitment channel, recruitment approach, labour market and head-hunters
4.Good command of English both in written and spoken
5.Good computer literate
Key Accountabilities:
1. Support delivery of HR Strategy and initiatives in the Recruitment function
2. In charge of Focus Media recruitment website (
ww***.cn[点击查看]) and database for applicants
3. Ownership of the entire process of recruitment including but not limited to Sourcing, Selection, Employment etc.
4. To provide the hiring consultation to the business leaders per request
5. Collate and prepare timely and accurate reports to support management decision making, e.g. headcount report, organisation chart, recruitment report, selection effectiveness analysis, turnover report, etc.
6. To support hiring for Management Trainee and Internship programme.
7. To support headquarter and branches recruitment planning, review headcount forecast and target to fulfil the business manpower needs with qualified staff within the required time
8. To coordinate branches external/internal advertisements to target suitable pools of candidates through appropriate channels.
9. To improve branches HR recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
