Training IT <-> implementation of the Purchase Process
Specification documents, retro documentation, user guides
 

DMI - Zone Offices

ShangHai / GuangZhou / WuHan / HangZhou / Jinan
Handle different stationery vendor for each office

HR      : Recruitment Process - Speed up and Control the recruitment process (useful for reps)
P&A     : Borrow Fixed Asset Process (Video projector, Laptop ...) / Reference list of fixed asset, list of available items (Computer? Chair?...)
All     : Order Meal Process - Every day, help people to order their meal (using reference menu with actual picture, price...) and centralize orders
