? 暖通，给排水专业。
? 5年以上相关工作经验，prefer食品医药化工能源行业，对工厂基础设施了解，懂得水处理、污水处理、蒸汽、空调、制冷等。能够调动相关资源来解决建设过程中的各种问题。
? 动手能力强。Prefer外资工厂的工作背景而不是设计院。

Position Title: Utility Engineer
Line Manager: Facility Manager

JOB OUTLINE
? Build SBC utility team.
? Support temporary and permanent R&D center building.
? Be responsible for site utility maintenance in the future.

KRA

Project
? Assist project manager to develop project specifications and codes.
? Coordinate with local design force to ensure assigned project principles and objectives to be fully met in design.
? Check that design is to comply with national and international standards and codes.
? Take the responsibility of all utilities engineering work for assigned projects, inclusive of concept design/proposal, equipment recommendation/sourcing, costing, standards setting up, & project implementation.
? Proceed Supplier Quality Surveillance for the supplies of critical equipment.
? Conduct supplier documents/drawings review, fabrication procedure checking, and site inspection.
? Participate in Factory Acceptance Test for critical equipment.
? Lead checking of on-site delivered equipment and materials to ensure that relevant national, international standards are met.
? Take the ownership of managing project technical filing system.
? Establish and maintain good relationship with local authority.

Maintenance
? Formulate and implement routine & preventative maintenance for the utility systems, keeping them in optimum operating condition. Carry out regular review to improve maintenance program to enhance reliability and to comply with GMP, ISO and Statutory requirements.
? Organize and lead the operation of the utility systems, in a safe and efficient manner. Contribute to the energy saving program.
? Train, coach, supervise technicians to provide operation and maintenance support to ensure uninterrupted utilities supply. Ensure all the safety procedures and GMP regulations are complied with.
? Provide expertise and technical knowledge to troubleshoot and improve the efficiency and reliability of the equipment.
? Plan, organize and execute modification and improvement projects to enhance safety, operability and efficiency of the utility systems with strict adherence to validation protocol, code of practice and statutory requirements.
? Contribute towards the development of spare inventory system to ensure an optimum level of spare parts stock to support continuous operation.
? Review and update the SOPs and ensure GMP is adhered to in documentation and daily activities.
? Establish maintenance and operation budgets and exercise an effective cost control over these funds.
? Responsible for maintaining sound HSE working conditions, practices in assigned areas and assuring the safety of all personnel under supervision.
? Establish and maintain good relationship with local authority.


Education & Experience:
? Bachelor degree or above, majored in Utility (Steam generation, HVAC, Refrigeration, Compressed air, Water treatment, Waste water treatment, Fire protection, Natural gas or LPG burning system …
? Over 5 years of experience in a FMCG/Oils/Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Energy site, including operation, maintenance and project management experiences of utility systems.
? Fluency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written.
? Competent computer skills including a good knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Project.
