Responsibility
1.University Liaison
- Identify target universities for AREVA T&D China and set up solid relationship.
- Initiate and organise inter-activities between company and universities to keep long-term cooperation.
2.Campus Hiring
- Initiate campus hiring activities every year for AREVA TD China, these activities include but not limited to: headcount statistics, budget preparation, campus presentation preparation, organise campus team, launch campus hiring in nationwide.
- Work closely with other HR colleagues in staffing and BU HRMs on the campus hiring process.
3.Internship Program
- Initiate the internship program every year for AREVA TD China, these activities include but not limited to: headcount statistics, recruitment etc.
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers to select interns, assess interns’ performance and identify good performers to be offered.
4.Scholarship Program
- Work with AREVA TD management on the objective definition, plan and implement the program.
- Coordinate among different functions on budget planning, fund application etc within AREVA.
- Work with universities on evaluation criteria, assessment standards; meanwhile monitor the process is open and transparent.
5.Other Campus Projects
- Take initiative to coordinate within AREVA TD on projects assigned or co worked with universities, such as R&D projects, social practice projects etc, purposing at fully applying universities resource and build up AREVA brand and company image in a long-term way.
Requirement
1.Education / Experience
BA Degree or above.
5~8 years working experience in HR, ideally in the campus recruitment/relationship management field.
Good knowledge and experience in HR marketing such as promoting company brand to attract graduates, build up employer image in campus, develop and maintain long-term constructive relationship with universities.
Strong project execution capability.
2.Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work, intl. exposure & awareness)
Good understanding on the overall campus allocation, specific strength in curriculum and majors in Greater China.
Good awareness in coordination and cooperation with cross function colleagues within the organisation.
General and updated understanding in the company business status and growth potential.
3.Specific knowledge/Skills
Fluent English capability in terms of writing and speaking.
Strong PC application skills in windows office and e-mail system.
