The U.S.-China Education Exchange Foundation is looking for one program assistant of our China educational program for top US universities in our Beijing office. The Foundation, a non-profit organization in Kentucky is currently working with Tsinghua University，Renmin University of China，and the China Scholarship Council on several educational programs, which will bring Chinese students to study in US universities.

I.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND CRITERIA: Program Assistant
1. A university degree in English preferred;
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese;
3. Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with multi-cultural and multi-skilled teams;
4. Strong technological awareness including good computer skills (Micro soft office);
5. Initiative and commitment to learning new knowledge and skills.

II.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND CRITERIA: One year Internship
1. A university degree in English preferred;
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese;
3. Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with multi-cultural and multi-skilled teams;
4. Strong technological awareness including good computer skills (Micro soft office);
5. Initiative and commitment to learning new knowledge and skills.
