1.嵌入式软件工程师（Embedeed Software Engineer）
 
Main Responsibilities
 
Developing CDMA2000 PDSN/HA/LNS and performing unit/sanity test
 
　
 
Job  Requirments
 
1.Bachelor or above in computer science, telecommunication, or other relevant areas
 
2.2 years+ work experience in embedded software development
 
3.Good C/C++ programming skill and experience; Good technical knowledge in TCP/IP; Developement experience on Linux or vxWorks is mandatory
 
4.CISCO CCNA/CCNP certification is prefered

2.Linux 驱动开发工程师
 
职位要求：
 
1. 本科以上相关专业毕业。
 
2. 具有linux系统底层软件、内核或者平台软件工作经验，最好有视频dsp 驱动方面开发经验
 
3. 精通linux驱动编程，熟悉linux 操作系统工作机制。
 
4. 熟悉Linux内核开发及裁减。
 
5. 熟悉视频处理相关接口和设备规范。
 
主要职责:
 
1. 承担IPTV blade server的linux平台的开发和维护，在UTSTARCOM blade，HP server，DELL server等server上开发和维护linux平台。必要时需要出差到现场辅助安装系统，帮助开局。
 
2. 或承担DVS bootloader，底层设备驱动的开发。和DVS应用软件工程师一起完成DVS和IPVS系统的集成

1. At least good at one of linux, unix, solaris and vxworks environment software development and trouble shooting.

4.Worked in security and surveillance company or experienced in surveillance product system design, system implementation will be well appreciated.

1.  Good communication skills and ability to work closely in a team environment are required. Bachelors of Science degree in Communication, Computer Science or related discipline is required, MS is preferred.
 
2.  Good problem solving and communication skills. At least 2 year overall experience in software testing or development or coding is preferred.
 
3.  Proficient in Unix/Windows, Oracle, Perl, TCL/TK ,C/C++, Java  and/or other programming language, as well as familiar with internet and/or multimedia communication protocols.
 
4.  Experienced in testing multimedia communication products such as IPTV, IPVS service is a plus.

4. Implement ATP and other compliance tests in the fields

11.NGN产品经理（NGN Product Manager）
 
 1.Major in telecom. BS must, MS desired and MBA optional.
 
2.3-5 years experience in product management role with telecom equipment industry. Preferred in areas including switch, NGN SoftSwitch, wireless, operating support system (OSS).
 
3.have experience on RFI and RFP answering, system dimension designing, system BoM and quotation preparation.
 
4.Understand the architecture, protocol, basic technology of the NGN switching product. Strong English in reading and writing. Fluent English and Chinese speaking is a plus. Capable of using major office tool such as MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.  The Product Manager is focused on the NGN SoftSwitch product lines. The position requires good understanding of NGN switch product life cycle: market requirement analysis, product development planning, implementation and testing, product launch, product maturity, and end of life activities. This position is required to interact with UTStarcom international customer on the routine basis, supporting UTStarcom internatioanl sales force to develop and close the sells, working with internal groups, such as R&D, Service, supply chain, finance to deliver the project.
