Responsibilities:
-Handling incoming telephone calls, receive & send express mails
-Greet and direct employees and visitors.
-Take care reception counter, arrange various payment settlement
-Handling stationery requests, name card printings
-Other office daily administrative work
Requirements:
-College degree or above
- Professional manner, good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English and Mandarin;
-Good at MS-office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
-Receptionist experience is preferred
