Overview
CTL Beijing lab (CBL) is a research and technology development lab within Intel China Research Center (ICRC) in Beijing. Its mission is to make CTL Beijing lab the best Communications Technology research and technology development lab in China. Its charter includes conducting world-class research and technology development, partner with Intel biz groups to max cross-architecture value and drive Intel communications technology leadership in China.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be contributing to an ongoing strategic research project in the area of user-centered communication and computing related to Intel IA and LPIA platforms, with strong technical skill and team work experience, who can work with other team members in Beijing lab to achieve its mission by working with other research labs of Intel across the world and China academia and to deliver world class technologies which will have the impact on product groups roadmap and influence China market and Govt/industry standards.
Qualifications
You should possess a Ph.D. or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer or related area with experience on wireless research and development. Additional qualifications include:
- Broad and deep knowledge in communication, computing and their convergence
- Internetworking among different technologies
- Research and/or Development experience in one of the areas including user interface, IO offloading and collaborative computing
- Good experience in simulation and its methodology for computer and/or communication design
- Good team player, self motivated, fully-confident, and proactive in daily work
- Excellent oral and written English
- Experience in computer architecture and contribution would be an added advantage
